<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今回は筋トレ1年7ヶ月目の記録をしていきたいと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今月もいつもと同じように体の変化や体重、トレーニングの回数を紹介していきます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4,5月は記事を書けなかったので3ヵ月をまとめた記事です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4月から始めた減量についても書いていくのでぜひ参考にしてください！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">後で比較をしますが原料の成果で筋肉のカットがはっきりとしています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">背中ちっせぇー。胸ちっせぇー。体しょべぇー。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">6月の筋トレ回数は13/30でした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4,5月はどちらとも6回程度です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">完全にやってます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">意識が低かった！言い訳不要！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">でも働きながらジムに行くって、こんなに大変なんですね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">勉強になりました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こちらは３ヶ月間の体重推移です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4月の初めから減量を始めて、３ヶ月で6キロ落としているので１ヶ月2キロペースです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">自分はハードゲイナーなので、最初の頃は有酸素をしなくても簡単に体重が落ちていきましたが、現在は少しずつグラフが緩やかになっています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">写真を見れば一目瞭然ですが、かなり痩せました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ4,5月はほとんどトレーニングをできなかったので、多少カタぼったかもしれません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まだ腹筋は見えていないので、最近は有酸素を取り入れています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こう見るとまだ小さいですね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">7月末までに58キロを目指します。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">分割法を変更</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">社会人になりこれまで部位ごとに分割していたのを3分割に変更しました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">社会人になり筋トレの頻度がバラバラになることが懸念される中で、各部位をより高頻度にトレーニングすることが目的です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これが結構ハマっていて、今までは次のサイクルまで時間がかかってやる気が下がってしまいましたが、今は「今日頑張れば次は胸トレだ」となるのでモチベーションアップに繋がっています。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc6">本気でトレーニングと向き合うことを決意</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">現在研修で田舎に来ていて、いつもとは違う人・環境の中でトレーニングをしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今通っているジムはデカい人が多く、トレーニング中に「自分ちっさ！！」となることもチラホラ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一方、「大きくなりたい」と思うプラスの面もあります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そして減量後は本気で増量をしてデカくなるという目標を立てました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">社会人1年目で忙しいからこそ、何か他のことで成功を収めたいと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今は増量に向けトレーニングの質や栄養面でどうするかを考えています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">8月から9ヵ月程増量をする予定なのでぜひ楽しみにしていてください！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">先月20回は行くと宣言しましたが、結局行けず…</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第3週が引っ越しと旅行が重なって痛かったです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">増量期最後なのに1kgしか増やせませんでした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これを増量期と言っていいのか？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そこら辺の正月太りと変わりません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">生活習慣が乱れることが多く、朝食を食べれなかったのが原因です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3月はほとんど毎日2食でした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">67キロ台に乗ることもありましたが、最終日は残念な結果に。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc4">減量開始</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さあこれからホテル生活が始まり、満足いくほど食べれるわけではないので、減量をしようと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体重計がないのがこれまた難しいのですが、一ヶ月2キロの減量を目標に6月の末までに6キロの減量を目指します。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">カタボらない様にしっかり朝食を食べなければ…</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ということで、明日は内定式で早く起きないといけないのでこの辺で！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今回は筋トレ1年3ヶ月目の記録をしていきたいと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">12月1月とかなりサボってしまいましたが、2月は何とかしがみついてトレーニングをすることができました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">やっぱり胸と腕が弱いですね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最近の課題です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">撮影の5日前くらいから筋トレはしていなかったので、余計小さく見えると思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今月は背中トレのレベルがかなり上がった印象。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">筋肥大も良い感じにしています。（相変わらず左右差はありますが…）</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ほんまもんのゴミですよね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">22～26日は諸事情で行けなかったのですが、他は大体週4でした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">週4良ければ十分なのか？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まあ、12月1月と比べれば、トレーニング頻度は増えているので、あまり責めずにやっていきます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">継続するのが一番重要！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">夏の旅行を機に減っていた体重も、ゆっくりではありますが戻ってきました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ目標の70kgには到達できず。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">達成が難しい目標を立ててしまい、モチベーションが下がってしまったのが原因です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そして食べるのはやっぱり大変。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ということで、今のうちに3月の筋トレ回数と体重の目標を決めちゃいます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4月から社会人になりトレーニング回数は減ってしまうと思うので、3月の内にできるだけ詰め込みます。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">プチ減量</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そして4月からはプチ減量をスタートする予定です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「その身体じゃ減量しても意味ない！」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そんな声が聞こえてきますが（笑）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">実は新卒の研修で地方に飛び、3ヶ月間のホテル生活がスタートします。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そして基本的にご飯は自分で準備。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">炊飯器もキッチンも無いホテルで増量を続けようとすると、とてつもないお金がかかるわけです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そのため、減量をすることにしました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ホテル生活での一番の壁は、白米炊くことができない＝白米をたくさん食べられないことだと思っているので、減量にはピッタリ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">顔と腹の肉が気になっていたので、楽しみでもあります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">下の種目から紹介。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ワンハンドダンベルカール</strong><br>片方ずつだと意識しやすくて、肩が上がりずらいから良い。<br>写真だと切れてるけど4セット。<br>時間がかかるのがデメリット。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ケーブルプレスダウン</strong><br>本来は三頭の2種目目にやるけど、肘が痛くてこの日は最初に。<br>コツを掴んできていい感じ。<br>W型のバーがおすすめ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>バーベルカール</strong><br>とにかくみんながおすすめする二頭種目第一位。<br>肩が上がりやすいから注意。<br>肘を固定する。<br>しんどいから苦手。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>フレンチプレス</strong><br>横川君を見て始めた種目。<br>三頭はこれを始めて明らかに大きくなったけど、肘が痛すぎる。<br>フォームを研究しても治らずに苦戦中。<br>ライイングエクステンションに転換しようとするもコツが掴めず。<br>やりたいけどやれない。これがプレスダウン。<br>サポーターも検討中。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>追記</strong><br>やっぱりライイングエクステンションじゃダメだ…<br>フレンチプレスのパンプ間を忘れられない。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>インクラインダンベルカール</strong><br>これも王道だけど、自分は二頭の3種目目にやっている。<br>セット後にハンマーカールとダンベルフライで追い込む。<br>二頭と三頭を同時にやるから時短できるように。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ミリタリー or スミスショルダープレス</strong><br>マシンが開いていたらスミスを選ぶ。<br>重量を意識。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ダンベルショルダープレス</strong><br>可動域を意識しながらも重量を目指す。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>サイドレイズ</strong><br>最初は高重量でやってたけど、肩の成長が乏しく軽くして可動域を意識。<br>そこからは良い感じ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>リアデルト</strong><br>最近やっとコツを掴めてきた。<br>しっかりリアに効いている感じがしていい。<br>とにかくリアを意識する。<br>時間がある日は、この後にアプライトロウをやる。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">大嫌いな脚トレ。<br>ジムにあまり行けない月は、一回しかやらない時もある。<br>だがチキンにはなりたくない。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>スクワット</strong><br>肩で上げようとすると、腰がやられそうになる。<br>とにかく脚の筋肉を使う。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ハックスクワット</strong><br>脚の種目で一番キツイ。<br>これ考えたの誰？<br>膝がたまに痛くなる。<br>しっかりしたまで下げることを意識する。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>レッグカール</strong><br>意外と難しくて、最初の頃はスネにきいていた。<br>意識すると良さげだが、久しぶりにやるとフォームが崩れ、効きにくくなる。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>レッグエクステンション</strong><br>脚がちぎれそうになる。<br>脚の中ではかなり追い込める種目。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">胸</span></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ベンチプレスは肩を痛めてから、あまりやってない。<br>ツカケンを見てマシンでも筋肥大はしっかりするんだなって思った。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>スミスインクライン</strong><br>ツカケンの胸筋を見て本格的に始めた。<br>結構良い感じ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>チェストプレス（スタック）</strong><br>チェストプレスは最初プレートでやっていたけど、デクライン気味のマシンだったからスタックのマシンに変更。<br>感覚は良いけど、自分みたいに左右差があると左右で負荷が違う可能性もあるから注意。<br>ツカケン曰く筋肥大の観点で見たら、<strong>チェストプレス＞ベンチプレス</strong>らしい。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ケーブルフライ</strong><br>最近ストレッチと下部目当てで始めた種目。<br>タンベルフライと違って負荷が抜けない。<br>いつもはディップスもやってるけど、この日は何故かやらなかった。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ペックフライ</strong><br>人気だけどあまり感覚が掴めていない種目。<br>二頭をくっつけるイメージでやってるけど上手くいかん。<br>重量も伸びずに苦戦中。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>チェストプレス（プレート）</strong><br>何故かチェストプレス二回目。<br>多分混んでた。<br>いつもの種目はプレス系2種、ディップス、ペックフライ、ケーブルフライ。<br>ベンチ、ダンベルプレス系は体が硬くて肩が痛くなりやすいから、最近はやってない。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>チンニング</strong><br>こちらもあまり成長が無い。<br>最初は補助なし。2セット目からは補助あり。<br>パワーグリップさまさま。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>シーテッドロウ</strong><br>一時期きつくて避けてたけど最近またハマってきた種目。<br>いつも右手が先に限界を迎える。<br>なるべく反動は使わない。<br>ネガティブも意識。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Tバーロウ</strong><br>最近アタッチメントが増えて取り入れ始めた。<br>ベントオーバーロウでヒップヒンジが上手く出来なかったから、こっちに変更。<br>ヒップヒンジマジで難しい。<br>しっかり引ききることを意識。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>ラットプルダウン</strong><br>最近はパラレルグリップがお気に入り。<br>こちらもパワーグリップを使ってなるべく握力を使わないように。<br>最後まで引ききる。<br>時間がある日は+ダンベルワンハンドロウ</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc7">サプリメント</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">サプリメントはこの3つ。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今回から写真を取るときに力を入れているので、これまでより見え方は良いかもしれません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">相変わらず背中は左右差がありますね…</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今月ジムに行った回数は18/30日です。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">復帰の月にしては良いのではないでしょうか。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">脚が圧倒的に少ないですね…</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">週5のジムを目標にしていて、一日いけない日があると脚の日を犠牲にしてしまいます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今月は卒業研究なども佳境に入ってきているため、かなり忙しくなると思いますが1時間でも時間を見つけたらジムに行こうと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">続いて体重の変化。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こちらも増えてはいますが１ヶ月前のブログで書いた、年末までに70kgを目指すという目標には程遠いです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">あと１ヶ月で5kgは現実的にも健康面でも難しいです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">無理やりでもと思っていましたが、Saｍさんが「体重を一気に増やしたときに、どれだけ筋肉が増えるかを見込んでいるか？」という話をしていて、現実に返りました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">年末までに68kgを目指します。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc2">１年の感想</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">１年筋トレをして、継続の大変さに気づきました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そもそも筋トレって無理にやる必要はないんですよね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">勉強や部活みたいにやらなきゃいけないわけじゃないし、やることはキツイ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">思いっきり自分との闘いなんです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">１年を平均したら、多分僕は週2くらいしかジムに行っていません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">それくらい自分の甘さを感じた１年でした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">でも体の変化はしっかりありました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">時には自分を褒めてあげるのも大切。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">悔しい</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">身体の変化を見て成長はしていても、本気になれなかった自分に悔しさはあります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">先日、Xでコロチキ西野さんの体の変化を見ました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">タイトル通り約２ヵ月間筋トレをサボっていました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">９月上旬にエジプトとトルコに行ったことをきっかけにダラダラしてしまいました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体と心が重すぎてジムに行けず9,10月に行ったジムの回数は僅か8回。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">情けないです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">11月からは切り替えてジムに通えているので、今後の目標や増量の計画について記録目的で書いていきます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">旅行に行って体重が3kgくらい下がってしまい、やっと前の体重に戻ってきました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">写真を見ると広背筋はかなり左右差がありますね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これから意識してトレーニングしたい部分は肩と胸です。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">トレーニングが定着していない</span></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">現在これといったトレーニングが定着しておらず、伸び悩んでいる一つの原因となっています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">その中でも一番迷っているのはフォームを優先すべきか、フォームは少し崩れてもいいから重量を上げるべきか。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">セット中もこれでいいのかとすごい迷っています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">特に背中は難しい。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これからも模索の日々です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">腕は最近コツを掴んできました。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc4">モチベーション</span></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">9,10月でサボりすぎた理由はモチベーションの低下です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">やっぱり継続は難しいですよね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">キツイのに効果がなかなか出ない。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">筋トレを長年続けている人は本当にすごいです。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">柔軟性</span></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">筋トレをしてて思っていたこと。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体が硬すぎる。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに右肩と左肩の可動域が違うことに気づきました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可動域が違うとトレーニングをしているときの感覚も全然違います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">股関節も硬いのでAmazonのプライムデーでストレッチマットを購入。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">長く運動できる身体を作るために柔軟性と姿勢を改善していきます。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc6">増量計画</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これから年末に向けて大増量をしていきたいと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">来年から社会人になり、食事・トレーニング共に避ける時間が減ってしまうと思うので、学生の内に筋肉量を増やしたいです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">目標は70kg。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今が62.9kgなので、7.1kgの増量になります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今の食事は増量の記事で紹介した朝食をカロリーの高いカップ麺に置き換えて、1日5食取っています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">増量期にも関わらず体重も減っているので分かっている人もいると思いますが、だいぶサボりました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">前半は先月説明した通り手荒れであまり行けず、後半は乱れた生活習慣を戻すことが出来ずなかなかジムに行けず。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに海外旅行も被ってダブルパンチです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">来月は体重と生活習慣を戻しながら、あまり気負いせずやっていきます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体重が増えたので先月に比べ、心なしか大きくなったように見えます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ色々事情があり、あまりジムには行けませんでした。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">20日までの休みは完全にサボりです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ、21～30日までの休みは事情がありあまり行けず。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">服用している薬の副作用で手が荒れてしまい、行ける日が極端に減っています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">現在は良くなっていますが、再び悪化する可能性があるので8月もどれくらいジムに行けるかは正直分かりません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">だけど20日までにサボりすぎ（笑）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まあ卒研のレポートもあったので忙しかったのは間違いないですが、もっと行けました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ7月の良かった点としては1時間しかなくても、ジムに行けたこと。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">結局は1時間半くらいトレーニングしましたが（笑）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">前回の課題を克服しました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体重もこの前紹介したフル食を食べているおかげで、順調に伸びています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ただ前回、目標に掲げた64.5kgには及ばず…</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">正直ご飯に時間を取られすぎているので、8月は朝食を抜いてみたいと思います。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">摂取カロリーは減りますが、ブログなどに使う時間が無くなってしまい寝る時間が遅くなるのでやむを得ません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">来月は65.5kgを目指します。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ジムに行ったのは11/30です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こんな奴はジム通いを言う権利がありません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">成長はしてるように見えない。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">よく見ると衰退しているような…</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">前日ジムをサボってしまいパンプしてないのも、衰退して見える要因かも。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一番の課題はオフ以外で休んでしまうと、やる気がなくなってしまう事。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5日連続で休んでしまったことが、2回ありました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ゼミの関係で月曜日はどうしても行きにくくなってしまいます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1時間しかトレーニングできない日に、行くのをやめてしまうのが課題です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1時間でもジムに行ける奴は間違いなく強い。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">7月の目標は20日はジムに行くことです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今回は増量期の食事メニューと摂取カロリーを紹介したいと思います。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">増量の方法</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">増量する人の中には、カップラーメンなど食べるものを気にせず増量する人もいますが、僕はそこまでガチじゃないのでなるべく健康的な食事で増量していきます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">あくまでクリーンな食事は崩さず、少しづつ増量していきます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一ヶ月で1.5kgくらいが理想です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">食事の内容は減量期に食べている物とあまり変わりません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">減量期の食事＋α という感じです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">授業がほとんどなく外食も無いのでほぼ固定です。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">フル食</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">カロリーとpfcは以下の通り（2024年7月）</p>
